Return and Exchange

Return Policy:

1. Defective Products: You can return products found defective or malfunctioning within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Unused and Unopened Products: Returns accepted within 30 days, subject to restocking fees or conditions.
3. Proof of Purchase: Provide receipt or order number for processing returns.
4. Conditions for Returns: Products must be in original packaging with accessories, manuals, and parts.

Exchange Policy:

1. Product Exchange: Exchange for same or equal-value item if defective or preference.
2. Conditions for Exchanges: Item must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories.
3. Proof of Purchase: Required for exchanges.

Exceptions and Notes:

1. E-liquids and Consumables: Not returnable or exchangeable (e.g., RDA & Tanks, Disposable Vape, Replacement Pods & Coils – if temper foil/seal broken, Spare Parts – Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings, Hemp Products, Rechargeable Batteries, Glass Products and Accessories) due to hygiene reasons.
2. Clearance or Sale Items: Policies may vary; check restrictions on returns or exchanges.
3. Refund Method: Original payment method or store credit based on shop policy. Always retain purchase records and communication for easy processing.
